in the upper 40s at charleston and the 215ant crestwood elementary school in the low 50s on the relatively warmer sandhill at george harris elementary school. a few of our weather stations we like to show you guys. you can see temperatures, it's pretty cool, really no matter where you go, cool physically because you go outside and you are like i need a jacket. winds are fairly light compared to this weekend and over the weekend. we're coming in at 5 3 for pahrump. 57 for lake mead and also the upper 50s for overton. winds are fairly light right now. it won't stay like that for the rest of the week. northwest flow will continue for our area over the next couple of days, keeping our temperatures very cool, well below normal. we talked about the freeze warning. it's in effect for central clark county and northeastern clark county. we'll see very chilly temperatures ranging from the upper 20s, mostly on the edges of town. we'll see those temperatures, two tomorrows near the freezing mark. temperatures in las vegas are temperatures in the 30s either way. check on your people, plants and pets be

investigation into two teen ageers in a string of car break-ins, that led them to this home on west crestwood drive in castle rock where they found the chemicals. according to police, they, again, they don't believe there's a threat to public safety because the bomb squad had to be called in. the chemicals out of the home and detonated them as a nearby golf course. the two teens, both 16-year olds are now behind bars, charges are forth coming and the investigation is still continuing. reporting live in castle rock this morning, i'm jason gruenauer, denver seven. >>> a man stabbed to death in brighton and the suspect on the run. police are now calling this a homicide investigation. they say it started with a fight at this trailer park during a the victim was rushed to the hospital for surgery, but later died. no details on the suspect. >>> a two-year old in serious condition after falling out of a second story window. this happened at a home in castle rock. the toddler pushed a screen through the window and fell out and the child parents were home at the time. no word if they'll face charges.

we're coming in at 70 degrees near crestwood elementary school. one of our more than 100 weather stations around here. warmer near gowen and outside the valley in the 40s on the mountain. 68 for pahrump. also 6 -- 60 for sandy valley. low pressure is what brought our temperatures down briefly for today. we're actually expecting some warmer weather over the next few days. the biggest part of our weather story this afternoon was mostly the clouds we started off with the cooler temperatures. winds will develop out of the north tomorrow. that will feel, 10, 20 miles an hour is what our wind speeds will be. looking into the far east of us, we have a few showers that are expected to develop mostly over arizona. we'll stay dry as that system falls apart. regional lows tonight will be cool again like this morning. 54 for overton. a few degrees above the freezing mark in mount charleston. 40 degrees for pahrump and highs tomorrow,l up the dial on those temperatures slightly for now. wait until you see this weekend. 79 for overton. flirting with the 80s at
