this afternoon, fire crews working to mop up a three-alarm fire. this is in the inner richmond neighborhood in san francisco. the fire broke out around geary and second avenue. that was just after 2 p.m. this afternoon. ktvu's christina rendon there live on the scene. describe, what does it look like out there right now? >> reporter: it seems like firefighters do have a handle on this right now. that's the good news. if you take a look behind me, you can see a pile of debris that has already been taken out of the house that just sits there charred completely as firefighters continue to work on this blaze. but thankfully, no flames any more that we can see. it's just the smoke that lingers in the air. in fact, we could smell the smoke as soon as we crossed the bay bridge into the city. people who live in the area immediately started taking pictures and video. we want to show you now some youtube video that was taken by a witness in the area earlier today. the flames and smoke were just shooting into the air and this happened at a victorian building
