crist: thank you very much. beyond the issue of foreign providers, what are the needs for women's military health and sexual trauma? dr. hayes: the challenges in the field is we have been slow to respond that we have so many women coming in, and from leadership on down, we've had to make sure that people recognize we need a full program of outreach, as we were talking about, how do we reach all these folks? we have been calling women through the call center. we have called almost 1.6 million women encouraging them to be part of their v.a. benefits. military sexual trauma is an experience by about 25% of women veterans in the country. so a considerable amount of the outreach that we are doing is to make sure that we let women and men no that we have -- women and men know that we have the right services for them at the v.a. you will be seeing that particular effort, and addition -- in addition, we have a women's health transition training program where we work with women's service members. it is a special course s
