it's so hit or miss what we are seeing in the santa cruz mountains.past saratoga, you are already starting to see snow coming down this morning. as we move over towards the tri-valley, we have seen a couple spotty showers here and there, and it's cleared up for now. we have seen it moving through with parts of the east bay and snow flurries in the mix as the cold air continues this morning. a lot of the heavier rain and a lot of the deeper moisture has been off the coast. we are under a winter storm warning for all of these areas shaded in pink, and that includes parts of the tri-valley, the eastbound hills and around mount diablo. we have the coastal range and marin county as well. for parts of sonoma, we are looking at higher snowfall totals there. there's the possibility in some of these spots we can see enough to accumulate there in the next knew days. mount hamilton, that's 12 inches of snowfall. we could see decent amounts of snow in parts of the north bay as well. it does start out spotty, but we see the activity picking up later in the afterno
