and 36 in culpepper and fredericksburg.4 in la platta and at andrews and a pretty significant change from what we had yesterday. 11 degrees cooler in frederick and manassas and 11 degrees cooler in winchester as well and 10 degrees cooler in hagerstown than 24 hours ago. there goes the clipper, starting to move up and become an actual significant storm in new england. but this is the next pocket of energy, i'm keeping an eye on it, that will move toward us, as we head into sunday. but right now, with that clipper, descending, as it moves off into the north and east, we are going to see the breezy conditions, through the nighttime hours, and then subsiding, as it moves off further to the north and east. and then high pressure starts to make its way in, by the time we get into the workweek, a milder trend, will start to ensue. as we head through the overnight hours, 16 to 25. it is going to be definitely like january cold out there. with partly to mostly cloudy skies. and winds out of the northwest at 15 to 20 miles an hour.
