in, mario cuomo was leading every poll. you took back then among the democratic candidates that included bill clinton. he would have jumped into that race as the favorite. that's worth keeping in mind when we consider the position joe biden's in right now because it's not naezly as strong as cuomo's was and in fact there are signs that it is getting weaker. let me show you what i mean. this is the most recent nbc news online poll np came out last friday. and look at this. this is taken after last week's debate where hillary clinton got very positive reviews. he went from 15% in september down to 10% after that debate. that means that joe biden over the course of a month in the wake of that debate lost a third of his support. down there at 10% in a prospective democratic trial heat. other polls finding the same thing. this is a new cnn poll that's out just this morning. and again, over the last month you see biden going backwards. the other two candidates, sanders jumping up a little bit. hillary jumping up a little bit. bid
