rainfall round an inch in san jose and santa clara just for technically over an inch of rain over cupertinos go up as you go off the chart here to almost five inches so far in the santa cruz mountains and we do have another round of rain that is on the way as we head to the rest of tonight and into early tomorrow morning. let's look at the big picture perspective. round two is on its way. this is the heart of the storm system that will be sending it towards us moving north to south. that will give us a lot more uncertainty in terms of where the heaviest rain will fall but moving north to south means a little wiggle in the forecast path will result in a big difference in how much rain we accumulate across the bay area. if it tracks just a little bit further offshore it is going to drag that heavier rain along with us? let's take a look at what is happening in our first alert doppler right now. we have scattered very light shower activity for the most part. a couple of slightly heavier downpours moving to marin county towards sonoma county. this is the activity we will see through the rest of
