curtis day is charged with stabbing matthew dow at breakheart reservation tuesday before fleeing in a stone car. police say day, dow and a third friend had been doing lsd, marijuana and hero started the fight. officials continue to investigate the cause of the fight and whether it may have been over a girl. dow remains in stable condition. >> vanessa: fallout tonight from a fire in alston. the homeowner is under investigation for operating an illegal rooming house. the home on myrick street went up in flames and forthed 11 people out of the building. fire inspectors say the home was listed as a two-family home instead of a multiresidential lodging house. now the owner has been served with a number of violations no one was hurt in that fire, which did start in a ceiling fan. police have a warning for students in one town, after they say a man tried to lure a high school girl into his car this morning in pittsfield, new hampshire. police say the opportunity was in her driveway on crescent street when a man in her car helped her get in to a high school by offering her a ride in his car. >> mar
