his wife, rose's claim, accepted seven weeks ago but never got an email with the customer service number. she admits she made a question on whether she had works last year and thinks that's what's holding on her claim. somebody advised her to file a new claim but afraid they're going to view it as fraud. cannot get a representative by fraud. she wants to know how long should she wait for a response to the first claim, refile, what do you think? >> you know, i was just helping somebody with a claim, they were self-employed individual, they had filed in early april and wondering what's going on, what's going on, if you truly have self-employment wages, you needed to reapply after april 28th. before then, we couldn't really entertain any 1099wages. this is one of the cases must be a self-employed individual and please do not hesitate, go in and apply right away to our system if it happens to be her situation. i'd have to get more specifics trying to triage what may have happened with her, but in essence, it really kind of depends on the particular program in place and how to proceed. >> i h
