at this point we are preparing for a site visit on cvp h and submitted the application a long time agobecause of the pandemic it was slow so at this point there's a site visit probably sometime in march so we're waiting for them to give us a specific date. after that we will get the license and we still need to work with dc hs to get the acute license. we need to wait for cms certification so it takes us 60 9 months for certification. that's why i think we're asking for 12 months of renewal which is a very important so we don't have toshut the unit down . and then have to reopen again. most importantly to we don't know when we're going to get another first. like the omicron and one day san francisco general hospital, one day ... [inaudible] we have 40 patients waiting to become into because it's an acute-care hospital we workday and night and weekends to take those patients it's not like other communities facilities that you only have certain days . during the third, all the nursing facilities were hit. they were not open for admission. that's one aspect that's important to keep this u
