molly jong-fast host of the fast politic podcast and specia correspondent for vanity fai and cynthia alksnefederal prosecutor and msnbc legal analysts thank you both for joining me. cynthia, i want to start wit you, what do you make of bragg's invitation to donald trump to come and testify? there's a signal to you that charges are on the horizon >> yes, it definitely does i don't think trump will g testify. he does not even provide emails, he will certainly not go to grand jury and start talking i do not expect him to come. i think brad will go o television i don't think that is proper i think you should stay in his office and work, but it does seem to me that and indictment there is imminent. there is a confluence of all these events is overwhelming right now. we have an indictment that may be coming out of new york. we have an indictment in fulto county that looks like it is coming we have to each eco case to be tried in april, and we have th dominion suit which has a lo to do with trump and lies. it's an amazing legal avalanch on the shoulders of trump righ this minute. >> molly, we hear

cynthia alksne, also, here at msnbc -- former federal prosecutor. ight i have got my prosecutors with me. cynthia, let's start with. you, know what is your reaction to what is really escalating rhetoric and the threats against alvin bragg. and i should note that alvin bragg is the first black da manhattan da. and i don't think i have to draw a picture for folks here on this panel about why calling him an animal in that context is so disturbing. >> right, oh i think he should be charged. i am hoping what they are doing this weekend as they are looking at the charges and they have, obviously they are ready to go forward on the stormy daniels charges. that is about to wrap up as far as we can tell. but now they have to make an evaluation of when and if they are going to charge him for these menacing threats and harassment. i think they should. when he posted the picture of, when he re-posted the picture of the baseball bat to his head and predicted death and destruction and called him an animal and had antisemitic comments, that crosses, you know, that
