and i'm going to invite cynthia fong, our deputy director for finance and administration, to present this item. good morning. good morning . um, this item is related to a revision to our organization chart. um, this is something i bring upon this committee. um on an almost on an annual basis. um, our current org chart consists of 47 full time equivalent positions across six various divisions. as we've been preparing the 2023 accomplishments and a 2024 goals and objectives for the agency, we've taken a moment to also reflect on our organization chart. uh, we look at it and are proposing five new job classifications and succession pathways for various staff to better align with near firm work goals and plans. um the first one would be to reclassify the assistant deputy director for capital projects position to a new highway program manager position in the capital projects division. we would also like to reclassify the associate engineer position in the capital projects division to a staff accountant division, a staff accountant position in the finance and administration division. we'd
