jim: police offers is on the scene of a shooting at 4800 block of cyprus hoods drive. two victims are being taken to the hospital. the conditions are not known. shooting is not clear. as soon as we learn more, we were bring it to you. today, we learned the owners of the children' s palace daycare center in clermont has surrendered their license. it is because of this video. this happened on the same day police arrested kimberly reid on child abuse charges. officers say reid is caught on camera hitting a child, then lifting the four-year-old and dropping him on his face. reid was the director of the daycare center. she is now in the lake county jail. a judge denied her bond because she was on probation for food stamp fraud. new information tonight in the murder of a local woman. stephen duxbury, a security guard in the building where the victim lived, has now been indicted for first degree murder in the death of sasha samsudean. duxbury is already charged with killing samsudean last october in her apartment at the uptown place in downtown orlando. he was also indicted o
