da lin joins us with what the windy conditions have done. was it looking there right now? >> reporter: we are getting a break from the rain at half moon bay. it is very windy, very gusty , and at times, hard to stand up straight . as a result, we are seeing a lot of downed trees, like this one we see here. downed power lines. these guys right now are cutting down this large tree. we are at suzanne court in half moon bay. this large cypress trees toppled over a few hours ago. we want to show you the video we saw earlier. the base of this tree is about 12 feet in diameter. it's about 50 to 60 feet tall. this tree is surrounded by apartments and townhomes. likely, it landed in the courtyard, and no one was hurt. at the nearby town of my speech, tree limbs snapped and landed on the power line . it happened on california avenue. california suspect the high winds also called the tree limb to break. also back to half moon bay on the lower avenue. a small tree uprooted and landed on this power line . that happened around 4:00 . pg&e workers are they right now working on matt as we
