dagen. >> hypocritical, the words go on.s is the danger in the vicious circle that we've been talking about on this show for a couple of years. and that is, public sector unions, taxpayer money pays those employees and is in those union dues and that money then goes to elect democrats that then give those very public unions more and more power and it becomes this cycle, funded by taxpayer dollars that you cannot break. and something's got to give and that's why they're giving all of that money to the democrats because they're afraid what the republicans will do when they come into office in january. >> neil: but, you know, we've talked about this, i have a different spin on this. i don't even care about that, but-- >> you should. >> neil: but, but, then you've got to be consistent. you can't be a little bit pregnant on this, you either hate all outside money, whether from the chamber of commerce or a union or you don't and you can't, mr. president, rip the supreme court justices in the house and embarrass them on this issue

dagen mcdowell and adam and ben. what do you think of this one. >> i think it would be nice if we opt out of any legislation we don't want and it isn't right that certain people should get a pass from having to obey the law and would seem to be in violation of the constitution, doesn't seem to matter to this administration. but it would be, unfortunately impossible because the health care bill relies among those who don't want it, don't need it, paying for those who do need it and can't afford it, so, it really is a bill in which the burden is put on people who don't really want to be in the bill and the bill won't work without that. >> i've got to tell you, dagen, fox learned that another 100 companies petitioned the white house to opt out. it's crazy and looks like the proverbial snowball is building. >> it perfectly illustrates the fact that nobody, none of the democrats who helped put this law together fully understand how it will play out on corporations, on businesses, and on individuals. you've already seen wh

bill: good question, dagen mcdowell, fox business network, good morning to you, does it happen in the first of the year, when things revert back. >> yes. and yes. you will see more money being withheld. remember, bill, withholding is based on your expected tax liability and the higher the tax rate, if the bush tax cuts expire, those rates are going to go up, across the board, for the most part, and, more money will be withheld, from your paycheck and that starts at the beginning of the year. this is the job of the employer, and, adding insult to injury, because the democrats punted this, most employers find out in the middle of, say, november what the withholding tables will be for the following year. but, guess what? the democrats don't get back until the middle of november, so employers are hamstrung here and nobody really knows how they will be able to handle this. bill: let me go back to the full screen, this is a graphic from viewers at home, find your income there, check out your current rate, and then move to the far right and see what could happen unless congress acts. >> one
