in daily city, ken pritchett. >> san jose police arrested five men for allegedly kidnapping a man and demanding a million dollars from his family. the men are now facing kidnapping robbery charges. police say the unnamed victim disappeared after 9:00 p.m. thursday night. the next day investigators found he was being held at a home in san jose. the five suspect was arrested there and the victim was found after jumping from a second story window. he was hurt in the fall and police say he was tasered by his kidnappers. he is expected to recover. police say they are trying to determine why the victim was kidnapped and if it had anything to do with drugs later found at his house. >> thousands of people waited in san jose just for a chance at some help this holiday season. sacred heart community service held aeration administration day for families who need food and toy this is winter. last year 5500 families registered and the organization hopes to serve at least 1,000 more this year. >> its been horrible to be out of work for two years and not being able to provide for their children. >>

we've moved to daily city. we hopped over the line. literally a hop, skip and jump.you're here and want to get to san francisco and if this program were to go into place it would cost you $3. how do people feel about having to pay to get into san francisco? people this morning don't seem to think it's a great plan but that is a proposal now being considered by the san francisco transportation authority. according to published reports this would be the first program of its kind in the u.s. here's how it would work. a fast track kind of system so that if you drive into the san mateo county during the commute you would pay $3 each way. why do it? it's simple. expected to bring in $60 million to $80 million a year for transportation projects in san francisco. it would cost drivers. regular commuters would pay about $1500 a year. and not surprising the people we talk to this morning don't seem to like the idea. would it effect how often you come into the city? every day. every night and every day. start at 10:00 at night and get off at 6:00 in the morning. >> reporter: we
