and i would like to take this opportunity to introduce and welcome our newest commissioner, daina chiu, who is going to -- i'm absolutely certain going to be a worthy successor to commissioner hur and we look forward to working with her. she is an attorney, was in the general counsel's office at mckisson, presently not working at the moment, i understand, other than her family dutis and i told her that means that we have someone that can spend a lot of time on ethics commission matters.
