dal today --. here is what actually happened. the judge had read a report from the plaintiffs in this case who said yes they were able to obtain their marriage licenses from the deputy clerks on friday. well the judge said based on that the court was satisfied her office is fulfilling its obligation to issue licenses to all eligible couples and he ordered her release. in that he also ordered that she not interfere with the issuance of licenses given out by her deputy clerks. and here is where things are going to be very interesting to watch. she is expected to return to work later this week. no specific day given quite yet. and her attorney says her conscious will not allow her to continue those licenses to be issued under her name and authority. nbc news obtained would have been those licenses and her name actually doesn't appear on it. it is the deputy clerk's name and signature on it. kim davis' attorney say her name was removed by the deputy clerk. she does not believe they had the authority to do so. she believes the only on
