it happened in daly city a couple weeks ago.valentines and daly city police have is just released surveillance video of a man wanted for this attack on a driver. the driver picked up a man in a dress shirt and tie in downtown san francisco and dropped him off in daly city here the cow palace. that is where the passenger refused to pay his fair. when the driver got out to confront him, the man started punching and kicking the 60- year-old driver. we show this video to cab drivers in the city, they were troubled by what they saw on the tape. one driver told me he always reminds passengers that his surveillance cameras are rolling. >> you don't have to tell him hey, there is a camera here, be careful. you can be nice. small guys there is a cam -- smile guys, there is a camera. >> and that surveillance video shows several people walking by or driving by while the attack is going on and no one stops to help out. the driver that was beaten here had to be hospital hawaiied for various injuries but he is expected to be okay. the passeng
