i'm damian trujillo, nbc bay area news. >> a suspect left a clue after attacking a woman in downtown. the attack happened sunday around 2:30 in the morning. a woman noticed someone following her near first and spring and she ran into the park to quiet e get away when she was attack and robbed. take a good look. this is what police say the suspects look like. he found his baseball hat near where the attack happened. anyone with information is asked to call the pleasanton police department. >> pg&e is getting hit with a lawsuit related to the pipeline explosion. the class action lawsuit calls for millions in the pipeline safety funds to be returned to customers. a san bruno woman and san rafael man filed a lawsuit claiming pg&e collected nearly $100 million in fees from customers throughout the state and the money was supposed to be spent on pipeline safety. the plaintiffs allege the utility used the funds for compensation and bonuses. a bill designed to expedite the replacements was passed on the assembly. the protem is preventing a san bruno-like incident from happening again. >> a st
