: i'm dan ashley.5 in san jose just reopened after being closed for hours because of a bank robber. >>> bomb squad blew up a potential explosive found in the getaway car. the two men crashed on highway 85 in san jose south of 87 connector just before noon. police had to shut down that section of 85. >> dan: david louie is live in san jose with the latest information on this. >> reporter: dan and cheryl, it's like the movie, some bank robberies don't succeed. it started here in the morning at snell avenue and blossom hill road. one suspect stayed inside the car the other went inside and told tellers he had an explosive device. a teller gave him an undisclosed amount of money. they drove off in a blew honda. as you can see from the video shot, they didn't get too far. they had an accident with a minivan at the junction of highways 85 and 87. car matches the description of the getaway car. san jose police shut down both freeways because of the possibility of an explosive device in the car. the light rail
