dan okay, sandy, thanks very much. >> campbell. police shot and killed a man while investigating a domestic violence incident. this morning. police say they responded to a call in an apartment complex on south bascom avenue near kempsey way. this was just before 3 a.m. when they arrived, a woman told them what had happened and that her two children were still inside the apartment. but along with the suspect, police eventually made contact with the suspect and when they tried to arrest him, there was a struggle. police say the suspect managed to pull out a gun and fire it. an officer shot back, killing him. a 67 year old man was killed and another man injured in a shooting today in pleasant hill. police say it happened just before noon on twin bridge circle near long brook way. it's not far from sun valley shopping center. witnesses heard multiple gunshots, followed by a car speeding away. then they saw two men lying on the ground. he was just really going fast because he got here fast. >> and then that's how you notice him. and the
