i'm dan ashley. >> i'm ama daetz, only on abc7, new information about a murder case making headlineshree years. >> kate larson has the first look at south bay mother's murder defense. >> reporter: at one point all three of these people were charged with murder, now just this man and woman in the middle are charged. tonight abc7 news obtained this trial brief, first time a thorough look at details of lee's defense, woman charged with the murder of the father of her children. keith green turned up dead, side of the road in sonoma lee and personal trainer and bodyguard charged with murder. but cut a deal with prosecutors and murder charge was dropped in exchange for testimony. however charged with accessory for dumping the body. jeffrey carr filed this brief, abc7 news obtained the document, despite the testimony that green was shot and bleeding in mercedes, no blood or dna evidence was found in the car and despite assertion it took place in the garage of the home, no bullet marks or shell casings were found, just insignificant amount of gunshot residue. said further implicates adela. >

i'm dan ashley. >> and i'm ama daetz. abc 7 reporter melanie woodrow is live in the newsroom with the details of the lawsuit. >> the class action lawsuit filed today describes one plaintiff who is a student at tulane university as having had an emotional breakdown and needing to be hospitalized after not getting into her chosen schools. she is one of several plaintiffs named in the class which includes a stanford university student as well. the plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit include individuals who applied to the universities named as defendants. the lawsuit says the plaintiffs paid an admission application fee to one or more of the universities name and got rejected. one of the plaintiffs is a stanford student who applied to usc. the lawsuit says, quote, had she known that the system at usc was warped and rigged by fraud, she would not have spent the money to apply to the school. the attorney who filed the complaint say students didn't receive what they paid for. in an e-mail to abc 7 news saying, quote, the stud
