jennings. >> and i'm dan ashley.s released today by investigators about the death of robin williams. some of it very tough to hear. williams' body was found at his home in tiburon by a personal assistant. >> at that time the personal assistant was able to gain access to mr. williams' bedroom and entered the bedroom to find mr. williams clothed in a seated position, unresponsive with a belt secured around his neck with the other end of the belt wedged between the closed closet door and the door frame. >> the sheriff's department says robin williams also had superficial cuts to the left wrist. he was being treated for depression. it's not clear whether drugs were involved. >> toxicology test willing be conducted to determine if mr. williams had any chemical substances in his system at the time of his death. the final cause and manner of death will not be certified until the conclusion of the investigation, which is several weeks away. >> the marin county sheriff's office would not talk about a suicide note. >> williams

dan ashley. >> and i'm cheryl jennings. landfall is just hours away.aii expected to get a direct hit. spencer christian is outside tracking the system for us tonight. spencer. >> okay, cheryl, let's go right to live doppler 7 hd. i'll show you the positions of the two storms out here just east of the hawaiian islands right now. here comes the first storm, hurricane iselle which is just hours away from making landfall as a category 1 or perhaps a strong tropical storm. it's packing high sustained winds of 80 miles per hour. hurricane julio is stronger but that's farther out to sea so let's track the path of iselle which is likely to make landfall at 8:00 p.m. this evening with maximum sustained winds 70 miles per hour. that's tropical storm strength. passing directly over the island and moving westward over the remashd of the chain of islands and julio is expected to pass north of the islands sometime on monday, perhaps deal only a glancing blow. i'll have more details coming up a little later. >>> abc 7 news meteorologist sandhya patel is in oahu right

jen ashton, she's here because we have a new study to talk about. it shows where you give birth can matter a great deal on whether dan on how severe complications canin this is to be expected. what's surprising about this, just how much. so the study found that women who had regular deliveries at what's called a low performing hospital face twice the rate of major ob complications. >> twice the rate? >> yes, than those who delivered at a higher performing hospital. about they had a c-section that rate up to five times. now, what didn't matter, this was regardless of the size of the hospital and whether the hospital was located in a rural area. so some -- >> scary stuff. >> absolutely. >> you've delivered 1500 babies. you know more than anyone. what is the kind of complications we're talking about. >> there's maternal complications and fetal economy cases. this looked at those affecting the mom and these complication, some of them like hemorrhage or blood clots can come out of the blue so it's less about where they're occurring and the role of that hospital and complications and more about is the hospital ready to deal with those complications if th
