jones 50 Ã42 percent. with nine percent undecided. we are back with dan henninger, emberley stossel, and jason riley.roy moore. he seems to suggest that somehow mitch mcconnell gathered all of these women to come make arguments against him. where does this stand in u alabama now? i guess what you think of these accusations? >> well, we are now up to i think at least nine women that have come out and allege that some some of sexual misconduct against them. he also had some important local reporting that courted residents down in the area saying that well-known, way back then that he had a predilection for young women. none of this has been proven. but it is out there. there is no escaping it at this point. you would think that if roy moore believed and the cause of republican senate. and he would understood he was step aside and let somebody else run. he is defiant that he is not doing that. he is defiant of these accusations being false and what he's doing is now turning this into a battle between roy moore, the upstart republican and the establishment in washington dc. like a donald trump move. >> t

dan kildee, a democrat from michigan as well. susan weather the president issuing new tweets slamming democrat candidate doug jones in alabama, itsome time for president to weigh in on this race, but now he is clearly committed to backing moore. what changed? >> first if i could just go back to what governor dean said, and i couldn't agree more. we've had two democrats we just talked about, i'm a republican and i'm saying we absolutely must have this transparency in our government. i want's critical. as far as what donald trump did with roy moore, there's no explaining it. it's inexcusable to put politics before country. to put accused child molester before country. that is just wrong. what made him do it, donald trump can't help himself. he simply can't. and that's what we of soon. we have this person who's been accused of similar circumstances, who has basically said i will not believe the accusers as i didn't want anyone to believe the accusers who challenged me, and that i will put --ly back senator moore. and that is a shame. it's poor for republican party. it could have devastating effects for keeping the -- republicans ke
