kron 4's dan kerman has more from the attorney on that. as well as jahi's condition.evaluation of what happened here. they did not talk to the family. chris dolan is the attorney for the family of jahi mcmath. he says this report actually is designed to see if the hospital has systems in place and is following required guidelines they have done no investigation into what happened particularly in this case. they did a random sample to see if this possible can check all of its boxes regarding housekeeping. as for jahi who was declared brain dead, dolan says since the family moved her to an undisclosed facility, her condition has improved. her limbs are flexible and bending. she moves which in the bed which mode most brain-dead people do not do. she turns her head from side to side. these are changes. so i cannot say that she is no longer brain- dead. but there are changes that have happened. the family intends to file a lawsuit and let the courts decide who should be held responsible. sam singer spokesperson for children's hospital oakland. responded to attorney christo
