dan malloy, who i have known for years, who knew he was treated as child with intellectual disability until third or fourth grade, now he is the wonderful governor of connecticut. or marty walsh, who was tough alcoholic, having to fight over his alcoholism to come back to be the mayor of boston. or carla ortiz, who hillary hugged, stood up there, one of the best speeches of the whole convention, talking about how hillary reached out to her, telling her not to worry, we weren't going to send her parents back to mexico. every single story we her has inspired us. everyone has appealed to the better angels of our nature. michelle obama. [cheering] when they go low, we go high. and tuesday night, after a lifetime of fighting for democratic socialist values, after creating a new revolution in our grassroots politics, senator bernie sanders graciously, generously and humbly, asked we nominate hillary clinton by acclamation. if that is not going high, i don't know what is. that can be done to prevent the disruption that could happen at the democratic convention such as dan malloy coming forward and releasing the "minority report" on the tpp considering that's the number one thing that bernie sanders supporters are most upset about. we have two candidates for the democratic nomination who are both arguing and platforming on the fact that they were against the transpacific partnership yet did not allow for a simple sentence that's the reason we reject the tpp to go on the democratic platform. hillary clinton decided to pick somebody, tim kaine, as her vp running mate who has been a firm proponent and actually tried to fast track the transpacific partnership. i think all of these different things that have happened within the last couple days has been certainly rearing up for a floor fight unless they actually start listening to the -- half of the democratic party at this point no you don't think that's likely, do you? they're not going to put something new in the platform on trade, are they? >> i would hope that, you know -- there's very smart people in the demo
