for the i-team, dan noyes, abc 7 news. ama? dion? >> dan, thank you so much. >>> san francisco police release new details and video today of a deadly officer-involved shooting. 21-year-old cesar vargas was shot and killed the night of october 10th. police say he tried to car jack a women. surveillance video shows him jump on the hood of her car. she also tells police he held a knife to her face when she opened the door. witnesses say vargas got in the car and it moved a short distance before he got out and ran down market street. that's what you're seeing there. now, body camera video from the two officers who arrived at the scene show vargas running. they yelled for him to stop and drop the knife. >> mr. vargas took steps backwards and sprinted towards one of the officers with the knife in his right hand. >> the two officers shot vargas and he was pronounced dead. police released pictures of the knife they found at the scene. the two officers are on administrative leave as several investigations are under way. >>> a group called defu
