the i-team's dan noyes can and did tonight on abc seven news at 11. simple traffic stop escalated into a near fatal situation. investigators in germany have arrested two people tied to a stabbing rampage that left three people dead at a city celebration. eight others were injured in the attack in the western city of solingen, including four who have life threatening injuries. police arrested one man, as well as a 15 year old boy accused of failing to report planned crimes. isis claimed responsibility for friday's attack, though police have not verified a connection. the motive is still unclear, but authorities are treating it as a possible terrorist incident. two nasa astronauts who have been stuck on the international space station for nearly two months, won't be back on earth until february. sunita williams and barry butch wilmore traveled into space on a boeing starliner in early june. they were only supposed to be there eight days, but boeing's spacecraft had problems with its propulsion system. today nasa announced the astronauts will remain in o
