in burns, oregon, dan springer, fox news. the four occupiers arrested today are now facing charges including conspiring to impede federal officers... they are set to appear in court-- tomorrow. the bundy family tells fox5-- they believe they are being monitored... and their phones are being tracked by federal officials. they say the cliven bundy decided last minute to go to oregon because he wanted to see his sons ryan and ammon-- who were arrested a few weeks ago. originally cliven told fox 5 he would not be traveling to oregon... the family tells us that changed after he spoke to nevada assemblywoman michele fiore. the family says fiore asked cliven to go to oregon to help get everyone out ot the wildlife refuge peacefully... we spoke to fiore today over the phone.. she tells us the fight is not over... i think it fueled the fire actually i think it awoke a sleeping giant i think the mesage is getting louder " fiore says she planned on being in oregon as long as it took to get answers in ryan, ammon and cliven's arrests. th

dan springer live from the site of the ongoing standoff. he has the latest for us. dan?reporter: yeah, jon, nothing has gone as planned for these occupiers, but they did promise to surrender to authorities this morning as soon as reverend franklin graham and a sympathetic lawmaker from nevada arrive here. we know they are in the area near the refuge, so this surrender could happen within the hour. the fbi closed in on this group late haas night, these four holdouts, after one of the anti-government act vises drove an all-train vehicle past a checkpoint. he returned to the camp, but so did at least five armored vehicles along with five fbi snipers and a negotiator on a bull horn. a close, tense standoff took place over the next five hours. here's part of it. >> try to understand, we've got a job to do -- >> [bleep] >> is that your job, to kill us? >> reporter: nevada assemblywoman michelle fiori flew to portland to try to have this end without any more bloodshed. she was on the phone with the occupiers trying to calm them down and assure them that their voices are being h

we're going live to seattle where fox news correspondent dan springer joins us now. n, what are these workers asking for? >> reporter: yeah, hi, gerri. they want set schedules, they also want a guarantee of at least 11 hours between work shifts is and an indirect say when their company hires additional workers. now, this ordinance is being given to us and being pushed by the same people that pushed the $15 minimum wage law here in seattle, and it's aimed at the same companies; restaurants and retail. it would require workers to get their schedules at least a week in advance and extra pay if late changes are made to that schedule. it would also give them some pay if a shift is taken away, and it would force employers to offer existing employees more hours before hiring more workers. >> i think that there is the sense amongst some workers that they are being abused, and i think that that comes really from a sense of not being treated fairly. >> reporter: supporters say this would be especially good for single parents and those who take care of elderly people in their fa
