joining me now, dana loesch, host of "dana," and richard fowler.ave both of you with us tonight. you look at those numbers and you think of with the people who have been affected by them, and cities like san antonio and chicago and memphis, where they are in many neighborhoods, living in a perilous situation and are afraid to go out at night, richard. what is wrong with recognizing the pain that those people are feeling? >> i don't think there is anything wrong with recognizing the pain. i think the drop of inaugural dresses, which we have seen in the past, is to inspire americans to do more. george w. bush did in his speech, ronald reagan, the idea that we are aspiring to be this great nation. i think where donald trump missed the mark on his speech, that it was overall a good campaign speech, but it missed the mark when it comes to defining what makes america great again as. when you think about the word carnage, it means the killing of mass people, i don't really know if carnage is the right vocabulary word i would use if i were the donald. >> m

. >> megyn: joining me dana loesch and richard fowler. great to see you both., let me start with you. they get some fund. they say the funds don't go for abortion services. that's where the objection lies. do deprive them of money for anything and everything? is it you could no longer get contraception with the help of federal money? >> well, here's what happened. when they banned the funds, i read the law before i came. it would stop medicaid from playing planned parenthood for family planning and breast cancer and pap smears and std testing. that's funded by the federal comfortable. planned parenthood is not allowed to use federal money for abortions. there are 15 states that do. >> megyn: the argument is that money is spongeable. >> it's not spongeable. they would have to bill the federal government or medicaid. once you close down those clinics. in texas if you defund planned parenthood 20% of women in texas will be without the health services they need to survive. i think this is about women's health. >> yes, that's not accurate. the hyde amendment there i

stuart: dana loesch, come into this please.'s not revealed much of a chink in the armor of senator sessions. what say you? >> no, and thank you for having me. it hasn't because there isn't much of one to begin with. in fact, all of these accusations against senator sessions have been based in identity politics, and it's a lame attack on someone who has a good record and was a good ag in alabama and would be a good attorney general for the united states. and, quite frankly, it's something that we need particularly when we're fighting voter fraud, when we're hoping to have some of these cities where you have federal judges that have individuals going into their courts and these people aren't serving minimum mandatory, a lot of these federal cases aren't being prosecuted. there are a number of issues that i think jeff sessions would be a great fit for, and that's why he's been nominated. stuart: well, he's come out today and said roe v. wade, the abortion issue, is settled law. same-sex marriage, mr. sessions said he would follow
