china trump administration has shown willingness to do at least in a small way sanctions on bank of dandongctions dagen that could have been in place that were not put in place, but a lot of those things are more toward the holistic side of things, sanctions take time to take effect. and those effects have to be in place for a while before they become acute enough to where it gets people's attention so we talk a lot about sanctions, there are things that should have been done 10, 15 years ago but we don't react and we don't at least not just in united states but i think it is western culture that we don't react until things get so bad that then you really have to do something but to your point are we ahead of the game here? i think we are ahead of the game, if you just take the rhetoric for what it is don't look for what is happening on the ground. what is happening on the ground is everybody position forces adults in the room chinese americans understand gravity of this situation kim jong-un playing at a game dangerous in rhetoric will he pull the trigger? if he does that is the last event
