i'm the attorney for daniel galvez and also kookie gonzalez and have remarks. are you able to hear me? >> we are. >> excellent. i think the other speakers have really colorfully and brilliantly explained the significance of these two murals. i think that the thing that maybe of interest to the commission in deciding to preserve them as historical landmarks is the risk that some other building might replace the one story house of bricks building and somebody would build up on that lot and hide these murals. we are seeking for these too made historical landmarks so that it would be more difficult to completely hide them. it would be more difficult to destroy them directly and any kind of building that goes up in front of them, hiding them completely from the community as posterity would necessarily and all most inevbly damage either of the murals. it is all most impossible to build something that doesn't somehow impact the walls next to it. and so, there are limits on the moral rights, the legal rights and copyright for artists to protect their work from being co
