[applause] >> thank you for those generous remarks. i wondered what it was that you were talking about. it's wonderful to salute you and the work that is done and as a representative as well. i have a day job as a member of the parliament and it is a great relief to be in the room when no one can vote for me or against me and i can say whatever i like. i would have to say i'm in the great state of delaware delaware played on the fact he do none of you are able to vote. there is nothing like an election to remind the representatives of the range of wildlife that he represents.
