daniels had already lost a 14-year-old son. he was shot four years ago while walking home. we're also remembering today john johnson who was just a few weeks away from his 74th birthday and his family says he loved to work and loved interacting with people. >> he is going to be greatly missed by a lot of people. he was a great father and great grandfather, and just an awesome human being. >> johnson leaves behind four daughters and four stepchildren along with ten grandchildren. we remember of course 50-year-old frank kohler, a die hard steelers fan and a husband and father of two. his friends say he loved to boat, to fish, and to hunt. richard ridgell worked as a security guard at the navy yard. the 52-year-old spent 18 years as a maryland state trooper. >> i don't want people to remember him as a victim because he never was in his life and he never will be. he is strong. i want him to be know as a dad above a victim of a shooting because he was a great dad. >> sylvia frasier had worked at the navy yard for more than ten years. friends say she picked up a side job at walmart because she loved being around
