for more i'm joined now by daniel raydon correspondent at n.b.c. 7 in san diego by phone daniel i've lived in los angeles for 12 years and know what a terribly surreal feeling it is to sit through an earthquake tell us what you experienced during this quake. yes i thank you for having me it was around dinner time when the earthquake struck i was with a big group of people in a restaurant and the table was swaying you could feel it i was about 400 kilometers from the epicenter. but you could still very much feel that there was something happening. quite a bit of panic over here in southern california. we just heard that official say that this was a real bus she quenched what's the latest on the situation right now. there is a shared feeling among residents here in california because we are used to seeing smaller earthquakes but having to in a row like this there was a 7 point one today there was also a 6.4 quake that happen on thursday and that's making a lot of the residents over here very concerned that there's going to be even a big one in the coming days like the officials are say
