daniel daniel and the city of doesn't know which, you know, i spoke to an, a volunteer medical worker who, who was on his way to done that. he was in the city of l bay. the not too far away, but he was of the connection was getting lost. he believes that within the next couple of hours, authorities and, and, and convoys of, of 8 workers and volunteers. i will hopefully be able to get into the city. and then we can start to be able to understand more clearly of the devastation and the numbers that have been that, that are, that are, that have suffered because of assessing right, monica, i understand that aid has started to come in from a number of countries, including algeria, which is quite significant, but who is coordinating all of this on the ground? so we'll see if that's the problem of folly. i mean we're, there's 2 rival governments, right? so you saw in the, in the, in the report for the, for after the order for the, for after has, has appointed a committee. well, here in tripoli, be the internationally recognized government prime minister of the how many today, but has also appointed a committee to oversee so so we might see some friction in the coming days as to who will supervise the rescue efforts. and, and really of the people will suffer and less of the, of these politicians can put aside the differences and, and cooperate and focus on getting the age of the people. we're also hearing of, you know, you said l julia, but also a tricky guitar. the way egypt of the chief of staff of the military and egypt and military arrived and been gauzy. he's brought it east, brought it with them, as well as military helicopters to try to reach these difficult areas. thank you. money for the update money train and live there in tripoli. and as malick mentioned, that aid is beginning to arrive to how 5 victims in libya to key it has sent 3 plane loads around a 170 rescue personnel from dickies disaster management authority. we're also on board of just landing ben ghazi a short while ago. let's spring and restore said i corresponding to this temple. first of all, to what aid is turkey sending to a lady of the walls. so for the head being 3 minutes, reclaim covering the aid on personnel slander. and then guys have, which is rare because turkey's an ally off to the poetry rather than then gossip is the government according to the will tour, t or the disaster to an emergency management. the truck is one, the say that the store for they have sent 100, a 68, a surface and on the water search and rescue rescue personnel. so to the rescue vehicles to rescue boats and 170 times 1000 rein codes, the 200 package of the food and 600 blankets. 20 generators and 200 pack is 100. the 1st aid kit and they said that this is the 1st to respond to the international call. 8 call made by the by the libyan government. other said that they are ready to provide more in the coming days, twice to key a one of the 1st countries resolved to send data to me via as well. there are 7 of reasons. first, just around 7 months ago with turkey had witness to one of the biggest disaster in this recent memory that the 3 in the recreation eastern part of the turnkey, more than 50000 people buys. then we have seen that a that the why fi is across the country and done the flogs. and so we're so perky is quite used to these natural disasters and the have the person now that is trained in that sense. so that's why they were already ready to send that person hopefully any way to work on the other hand that are public, i'm a business reasons as well. so particularly to fully based government, which is not by attorney debate, that the prime minister is a close ally or turkey. i'm definitely to, to wants to keep that close relations there. and also jewel, politically having good relations with libya, make sure to give, took yes, stronger position in east mediterranean, which certainly isn't a competition with degrees and, and, and, and cross. so the took this construction companies have a huge business investment in libya and also now took use trying to use these as an o for trinity, for a, an, a diplomacy that can be developed with the big guys, the base government led by how do you, how stock will see whether that is going to happen or not, but at least for now, it's a better way of the turkish aid claims that are landing in bank guys. because the, the fact that turkey has not been in good terms on good terms with the bank guys. he pays the government a lot by how the file stuff as you say, age diplomacy. thank you. right. so for that resulted on life for us that in a simple list, i'll get an update on a storm danielle from where the present the current and the impact on libya car and what's next in the coming days? well, the good news is that it has, we can dramatically and fold in a pot as it moved from libya into each. but it was a very powerful system with a pretty nasty history that began last week in the southeast of europe. it caused flooding, and it took here as well as bulgaria and greece to in shall rain about 6 months was selling 2 days and nights, tons of villages into lakes. now it's set in the mediterranean, pointing into the we can further south into northern areas of east and they'd be there it is edging in bringing exceptional amounts of right now. we don't have a lot of data for this area of the world. we do know how is that been gauzy, gets about 3 millimeters of rain on average in september. well, to the east of that. a city received on sunday in some monday, a 114 images, and just 12 hours that caused the rivers to flood the dams, to collapse. and of course, that movie so flashl
