danny cevallos, i wanted to start with you. on the border there. so we have the president talking about we don't needo send a flood of judges down there to the border to deal with these cases, to expedite them, saying we don't necessarily need due process rights for any of these migrants. this is what the president's saying on twitter. it is what he is saying publicly in terms of what's playing out on the ground. is what the president is saying on twitter having a bearing on what you are seeing on the ground there? >> if you are talking about the president saying that we should just remove these people without a hearing, the president likely cannot do that because it would likely be unconstitutional. migrants, or aliens, as they're called in the law, are not subject to the full range of constitutional protections in a removal hearing. but they are entitled to fifth amendment due process. and that means an opportunity to be hard. so any attempt to divest them, to take away that opportunity to be heard would probably violate due process. practically
