this is the parade route through downtown danville. are thousands of chairs as we drove up and down the streets early this morning. thousands of people came down to stake their claim and put the chairs down. they came at 6:00 last night and here's one woman. maybe that is her chair. oh no i'm sorry. she is going to move somebody's chair so she can get into that driveway. even wants to make sure they have a good view of all the festivities later on this morning. and the fourth of july parade in danville is one of the largest and most popular parades in the bay area. more than 40,000 people are expected to attend today. this is video we are showing you of last year's festivities. the parade goes down hearts avenue in san ramon valley boulevard through the downtown area. keep in mind, a lot of the streets through here will be closed throughout the morning. now a short time ago we talked with the owner of a local bar and restaurant, pete's brass rail and car wash which is right along the parade route. the owner told me there is nothing lik

dead birds with the virus were found in cities around concord and danville.the chickens were found in oakley. more than 70 neglected animals were rescued from a house in greenfield this week. the s-p-c-a rescued seven dogs and 63 cats and kittens. they were dirty, thin and were suffering from infections, fleas, and parasites. officials say the house posed a serious health hazard because of animal waste. 26 animals were so sick they had to be euthanized. the incident is still under investigation. police have issued an arrest warant for a stockton man that tested positive for tuberculosis. police say the man's name is eduardo rosas. health officials say rosas stopped taking the prescribed treatment for his tuberculosis two months ago. the county is worried he could still be a halth hazard. "his disease may grow again and then he may become contagious, and right now, we don't know if he is or not contagious because we haven't been able to find him." authorities say they hope to find cruz and contain him to ensure he gets the proper treatment before he can infect
