today was the three-year anniversary of the shooting death of a man here in danville. his family is pushing to mark the moment and make a change. gathered in front of he danville library, a group of mothers, members of an unfortunate sorority of women who lost their sons in police shootings, came to mark the three-year anniversary of arbalett a's death. >> it didn't have to happen. so thank you for everyone who has extended their support and love. we will continue to fight for justice, and hopefully this will never, ever happen to anyone else again. everyone else ins of angelo kinto and myles hall also stood and then marred down the street in danville, asking for justice and change in the way the mentally ill are treated. >> people with mental health are so much more likely to be shot and killed by the police. so we need to have more ways that the police don't show up. >> this horrible injustice that has not ceased in these three years. >> reporter: andrew hall, the sheriff's deputy was convicted just last week of assault on him, put the jury hung 7 to 5 on a voluntary

we are in danville. we're off of saint norbert and down conway drives here in danville. we spoke with some of the residents here in the community that they said that they felt the jolting throughout the day and some are a little more freaked out than others. >> the bay area is shaken by a small earthquake. the quick rattling catching the attention of many like matt dna ceo who was practicing his speech on camera. the united states geological service says the 3.9 magnitude earthquake struck just before noon wednesday. the epicenter was right here on saint norbert and conway drives in danville pretty lasted for about 5 seconds and it felt like a godzilla just stepped in. so our living certainly the biggest other residents report that they too experienced the quick jolt which was followed by several aftershocks some big bang short very short lived. but rattled things in the house. >> i was i was going head to the dining table get under it. but it was so short. figured. okay. i guess we'll survive. >> earthquakes even small ones often bring preparedness to top of mind for th
