this is video that claims to be from daraa posted online. as such we can't independently confirm the specifics, but it's pretty plain to see. i want to show you an ambulance in the middle of sniper fire. you can clearly see the red crescent painted on the side. you can clearly see a driver in medical garb with a surgical mask sitting up front. now, we can see it. so could the snipers. and they didn't need a scope to verify what they were looking at. it could not be plainer. ambulances by any rule of war and simple human decency are supposed to be off limits. but watch what happens.
