darcy spencer is live near campus with an update on all of this. darcy? >> reporter: erica, students were expected to return to class tomorrow. that is not going to happen because of all this extensive damage caused by the weather. take a look behind me. this building is called the annex. it's one of the classroom buildings. what you're seeing are these tubes, the yellow tubes, the white tubes. basically they're sucking moisture out of this building. some of the steam pipes burst, filling the building with moisture. and now there is concern about mold. let's show you some more of that video from inside the building. the ceiling tiles had to be removed because of that damage. there is water on the floor. there is some flooding. to be off limits for at least a month. there is also heating problems across the campus. students are being held in four of nine resident halls, and work is also being done around the clock to get everything back to normal. >> this is our main physical therapy lab for this college. and we had just got finished remodeling this space.
