. >> darlene, still a lot of lead up to the murder of the 16- year-old girl. we know it happened right outside of the home you are looking at here. there are several other residents that live along the street. i got a chance to speak to them and they told me they would see this young girl out and about walking up and down the sidewalk with her boyfriend. this happened yesterday when she was shot just before 1:00 in the afternoon, when apopka police responded to the home. after reports of shots fired. when they arrived, they found the 15-year-old girl had been shot and killed. crime scene tape surrounded the home as investigators worked to find her killer it was by the evening they announced they arrested the 16-year-old. the suspect has been charged with second degree murder. i just spoke to those in the area that heard of the arrest. here's what they told me. >> it's pretty sad. arrested. >> and we have reached out to the joint homicide investigation team woe is now leading this investigation. we are working to find out the name of that suspect as well as whe
