good morning, it is saturday march 19th, i'm darlene jones, time now is 5:00. we'll have more on the top stories in just a minute, but first here's a look over downtown orlando. our meteorologist, marina jurica >> some of us are already seeing that rain forwards the north. early morning doppler 9 hd, from daytona beach, reason southern flagler, ormond, to new smyrna beach, heading towards i-4, deland, pierson, aster, lake kathryn, all light showers and you can see that drifting into northern lake, as well as southern mary ann and northern sumter, so all the way up i-75, and lake bellevue. they are just light showers, but for the first couple we were going to wake up to that. we were in the 60s and 70s and we have a 50% rain chance and i'm timing the rain for your saturday coming up in the next darlene? bond, and her boyfriend pulled the trigger, in juvenile jail, waiting to see a judge. on bumbee, the girl led deputies to her girlfriend. >> reporter: the deputies said she wasn't present at the time, but she was in close contact with the suspect after the murder

and darlene jones asked the mayor why the city allows something that even the state has banned. >> reporter: collecting what he's earned after more than 40 years with the city of apopka, with the fire department then as the city administrator. the only former employee collecting two pensions. we asked the mayor how the city can afford to do it. >> pensions are obligations of the pension funds, not the city's budget. >> reporter: the city has three different pension funds. in theory, orlando police and employees could collect a second pension in. jacksonville and tampa, it's not allowed. in 2010, the state of florida stopped retired employees from earning that second pension. >> the state of florida doesn't allow its employees to do this. >> i think it's a one of a kind situation. and as apopka grows, i don't think we'll see this happen again. >> reporter: anderson is also consultant and lobbyist . state records show anderson did not register as a lobbyist until this year. >> if you haven't asked him to lobby for anything on the state level, should you be paying him thousands of dollars to b

investigate i reporter darlene jones has been digging into the story ever since we got a tip this afternoon, what have you learned? >>reporter: bob, we worked for this investigation. i got this statement. spokesperson said there were allegations of fraud, they immediately notified the agency for healthcare administration, and inspect tor general and chs conducted an independent internal audit. based in winter park has a stellar reputation providing care for 50,000 families throughout florida. and according to the most recent tax return ares available, the agency received 7 million dollars in medicaid or medicare paements from the state and -- payments from the state and federal government to provide care for those families. now, there are questions about whether the agency overbilled the government for those claims. so we went to their offices today for answers. a spokesperson later sent us this statement, admitting the agency uncovered billing claim errors, totalling $82,000. we're told the agency implemented a new electronic health records and billing and during that process, a spokespers
