i'm darlene rodriguez. a fatal shooting inside a bodega involving a gun taken from a police officer. news 4's tracie strahan has been following the story all morning and joins you now with the latest. tracie. >> reporter: well, mr. guzman is the suspect who took the gun from the officer's holster. all of it happened at valentine avenue. a 49-year-old store clerk actually followed him inside to warn the people inside of the store that guzman had caused a problem before. when two officers entered, guzman took the gun out of the holster of an officer. another officer was able to return fire striking him twice in the torso, but that 49-year-old store clerk did not survive. back to you. >> tracie, thank you. >>> take a look at the morning commute. here's lauren scala. southbound. accident causing delays there. heavy delays on 208 at fair lawn because of an accident by fair lawn avenue. heading over to the major deegan, there's an accident at fordham road. we have a disabled vehicle eastbound on the cross bronx b
