these are pictures of officer jesse darnell. he is one of the off duty -- darnell jesse. i got to backwards one of the officers off duty officers allegedly involved in that brawl who was punched, kicked and stomped according to police report. he sustained a broken osh tal bone, stitches as you can well see and other injuries to his face his head and his body. was in pretty bad shape and in the hospital for couple of days with a concussion. we are expecting to hear from his lawyer tonight at 10:00. those injuries allegedly occurred during a fight over a bottle of champagne that was sent over to a table occupied by several young ladies and shady mccoy's party at the recess lounge at that point. no charges have been filed against anybody in this case at this point. it's been going on the investigation for about two weeks now. there's video of the fight that investigators have look at. they're now talking to shady mccoy's lawyer. we are not sure if mccoy is here at the meeting. there was a meeting set up for the da's officer at 4:00 today. that was abruptly canceled when the
