now we'll work our way south and west and we'll see some more storms around darnstown.at is rain fall rates of 1, 1.5 inches an hour. everything is going off to the north, northeast. we'll move a little further south and west and we'll see again, another batch of showers and some thunderstorms. these haven't been moving, so consequently, some flooding possible in here. also down 28 and this is a pretty big storm now. straddling 66. everything is drifting off to the north and to the east. so that storm is going to go across the dulles toll road here in a little bit. all right, let's go back to the computer. we'll talk about tonight. flood watch continues, breezy with rain and thunderstorms. heaviest south and east. an additional 1 to 5 inches. and winds will start cranking out of the northwest after midnight. here's our line, moderate to heavier rain east of that line which cuts through montgomery county and fairfax. an additional 4 to 5 inches towards annapolis and the bay and the delmarva. time frame is 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., which is good and bad because it will actu
