kobe bryant, darren williams, we have seen k-8 students walk out of their schools to say black lives matter and this has to stop. it's a moment when the whole country is saying this actually isn't about cleveland, it's not about new york, it's not about ferguson. it's a fundamental issue and it has to change. who is outside when you are going to impact a young african american person, a latino person. that's the moment that we are all joining in together and that's the importance of this resolution and the importance is to say of course it's happening in san francisco and when the chief of police in richmond stood with people, he like here was attacked by the police union in richmond and his response was when did it become political activist to realize it was a black matter. this should not be about us versus them. it should be about finding ways to build bridges between many of our residents and the police. we hope it will pass unanimously, thank you. >> public speaker: hello, i wanted to thank all the board of supervisors. i have lived in san francisco since 1997. my job was outsou
