gunshots were heard monday night as crowds erupted in anger after the announcement that officer darren wilson will not be indicted in the shooting death of 18-year-old michael brown. there have been acts of vandalism. in this aerial video. you can see a police car on fire. at least two police cars have been set ablaze. protestors are scattered throughout town. confronting a heavy police presence. also -- smoke and fire was seen billowing from a building. there are reports -- some in the crowd reportedly tried to stop others from taking part in vandalism and other violence. some pulled firefighters were fought off from the fires by four protesters brandishing arms back here in the bay area -- oakland police say hundreds of protestors ran up the freeway onramp near trader joes. near lakeshore avenue. chp is diverting traffic, and there have been reports of fireworks in the area. authorities say there have been two reports of vandalism. one police car was spray-painted with graffiti at 7th street/jackson, and a chase bank window at 20th street and webster was broken. police have made multiple arrests
