last week police say firefighters found the body of a manipulator identified as darryl augustus in a pickup truck on fire. now they believe he was murdered before being put into the truck. detectives believe augustus was killed in the apartment of a woman was previously involved with el ellis. >>> sheriff got a report from a man and his daughter who said she and friends were approached by a truck with two men inside. the men said he and his family were at record road park for a baseball game. he said his daughter and others were at the playground when a white box truck pulled up. the girl described it as having a few ice cream stickers but no speaker or playing music and may not have been a cut out for buying ice cream. they said the man in the passenger seat called and said come here i have free ice cream . none of the children went to the truck so they left. the sheriff department is investigating. >>> police arrested a man they say believed to be using a cell phone to take a picture of a 15- year-old girl using the bathroom in april. david knight is charged with one count of being
